Industry Initiatives Program

SPECIALIZED SUPPORT FOR FORWARD-THINKING COMPANIES

Dedicated to continuing San Francisco's tradition of business excellence, OEWD's Industry Initiatives Program focuses on the unique needs of businesses. For emerging and established companies alike, the Industry Initiatives Program serves as a centralized clearinghouse of information and services to support their ongoing success.

Industry support includes:

  • Assistance in navigating city government to ensure that companies spend more time doing business and less time searching for answers
  • Access to local, state and federal tax credits, energy-efficiency programs and employee training funds to help companies lower their business costs
  • Employee recruitment, training and retention services to provide businesses with a pool of skilled applicants necessary for their success
  • Site location assistance to help facilitate start-up, expansion or relocation
